Common grounds for suspension or closure include suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, use of multiple accounts, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or failure to pass identity verification. During a suspension, the player will not have access to their account balance or be able to place bets.
If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, 69 ph may forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
